It is a one tile closet door. Found with dressers it sells for $400.

I used one of EA doors and most of the recolors are the same as the original door I did add a few more recolors.

I fixed the door size and the door opening.

Modern Pizza Oven - Sims 2

I had a request, from Dawn, for a more modern pizza oven for the set by Katy that I updated sometime ago. Found Here.

I'm not sure if this is more modern but it sure looks a lot better to me. It is the TS3 pizza oven converted to work with this set. I included a few recolors nothing spectacular but I hope someone likes it.

I set this oven to only be used to make pizza's, unlike the old version.

Stove is found under stoves for $2000.

Credits to Katy for the original creation and to LilSister for finding this creation.
It shouldn't cause a conflict with Katy's other stove, but all the additions are the same...table, pizza shovel and pizza's.

Angel in Mourning

A TS3 mesh converted to TS2. The original object had pixie wings (???) which I thought were strange, so I removed them and added angel wings in their place. I also remapped the object and gave it new textures.

Faces: 2286 on 2 tiles (1143 faces /tile)
Appears in the catalog under Decorative/Sculptures for 400 Simoleons
Cloned from a base-game sculpture
Tested in a vanilla game with all expansions plus M&G
The object has two recolorable subsets, the angel and the base. The download includes the mesh and 8 recolors...4 stone and 4 wood.

Medieval Middle Class Crib TSM Conversion

This is for infants only, I use the Dongle Monster animations, when adults place the infant in/out of the crib it starts out low, but infants pop up to correct position. This was the only way I could make it work, if that bothers you please don't download.

It is found under Misc/Children for $60.

Park Bench Sleepable - Homeless project

This is the first item I've created for a homeless project requested by Silky-M.

Sims are able to sleep on it on community lots.

The community lot I have in the photo is a Community Skate Park by comedy711 and is found here http://www.modthesim...ad.php?t=255955.

Textures are pulled from the maxis park bench and any recolor you have for that bench will work for this bench. To recolor you need to recolor the original maxis version.

It's found under Seating/Miscellaneous for $500.

Another Pizza Oven - Sims 2 - Updated April 19, 2020

Thanks to LilSister I found that part of the GUIDs did not get changed which caused the stove that had been cloned to not be usable. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

When Dawn first requested a more modern pizza over I googled Modern Pizza Oven and found this one:

I knew I couldn't create something like this with MilkShape, so I have been trying to learn how to use Blender. I have found the new 2.8 version to be an very powerful program. Even better than Max 3d (which I used to use). I really wanted to use Blender to create shadows, but unfortunately I was not able to accomplish this to my satisfaction. I was however happy with the mesh I was able to create.

I have made a few changes as to how the pizza oven works. I wasn't happy with how fast the old version cooked the pizza's Sims really couldn't earn cooking skills and it just didn't seem very realistic. I changes how some of the animation to make the Pizza and the Maxis version I made a few changes.

I added a couple of deco slots one on the bottom and one on the very top.

I hope some of you find this to be a useful item.

Video shows how long it takes to make the pizzas and at the end it shows all of the recolors.

Light Houses

Update Nov. 4, 2011: I have updated the lot light house to allow it to be recolored and added a neighborhood versions to match my recolor. This version of my light house has a new guid so it shouldn't conflict with my old version.

A lighthouse for your lots and one for your neighborhood.

The neighborhood lighthouse if found under landmarks.

The lot version is found under light/misc and works similar to a light post.

I learned how to do something new! I've learned how to make sculptures into centerpieces! I've scaled down the base game Venus sculpture, and made it into a valid centerpiece for you to enjoy!

PCSims Pizza Oven - Updated and repaired

Another useful creation by Katy, that I have fixed and updated.

Stove no longer bleeds into other objects, and is placed on two tile instead of one.

I also, added a dirty state.

I did rename to files to remove all blank spaces, so please be sure to remove any items you may already have in your download folder.

Stove is found under stoves for $2000.

SPX Antique Bedroom Set - Fixed

December 20, 2014 - Added end table to the set.

Another beautiful set by SPX - Xiomara, that Mission Mouse plans to recolor, and it needed several repairs. I also fixed the Armoire doors to include the handles when the doors open.

Curtain sells for $195 and is found with curtains.
Armoire is found with dressers for $250.
Double bed is found with beds for $2600.
Day Bed is found with sofas for $1250.
Hat Box is found with sculptures for $40.
Vanity is found with misc/surfaces for $1200.
End Table found with end tables for $430.

Four functional pedestals with five recolors for each....

Hi all,

I'm back again for the moment, with a project that I started before I left for a while. These are the pedestals that I've been working on. They don't do anything special other than serving as a table for decorations to sit on, but I just feel like there are not enough pedestals for all the tabletop statues that are out there. LOL Anyway, I hope you all like these.

Found under and tables for $200

Warning: Pedestal 1 of this collection is super high face count. It has more faces than all three of the others combined. 2033 faces! I thought it was cool so I left it with this collection. It caused no slow down in my game but may cause slow down in older computers. Face counts for the other three are 549, 228, and 522.

Ceiling Fire Alarm

I think this is such a great idea! I mean in real life the fire alarm is on the ceiling. I've also made it a little bit smaller, that bulky fire alarm just had to go. Made with Milkshape, and SimPE, and properly made base game compatible.

Wall Stencils for Kid's Room

I really like wall stencils They make it so much more fun to decorate houses, because you can use them on the back ground you want. It's more versatile than walls alone.
So I'm always making stencils to use in my own game.
Today I wondered why I never shared them. So here are some I made to decorate my sim kiddies rooms.

Dandelions!!

Lisa (lach6) made a request for some dandelions HERE. She said she had fond memories from her childhood picking them for her mother. It brought back memories for me too, so I decided to answer her request.

DANDELION PATCHES

I made two different patches of dandelions.

Dandelion Patch1 6158 faces
Dandelion Patch2 3648 faces
They appear in the catalog in Buy Mode/Flowers for 5 simoleons. They do not require watering or weeding.
Dandelion Patch2 is slaved to Dandelion Patch1, the Master file, so you need Dandelion Patch1 for recolors to show for Dandelion Patch2
I've edited the BHAV's for the Dandelion Patches so they won't block a Sim's path.
The second part of Lisa's request was for a juice glass with a bouquet of Dandelions.

I made one recolor of the glass in a worn pewter texture for those who play a period hood where glass would look out of place.

Katy76 Bank Items

I have checked all of these files and tested them with Sims Ultimate Collection. There are a few files of her original set that are missing but I do not feel they are very important. I removed one item which you could have your sims hang a purse on, it didn't work properly and looked silly. I have upgraded and fixed all the files included. You are no longer able to send a friend money via the Credit Card but you can still do that going to the bank and doing so at the terminal.
The image is of the Fully Functional Bank found on MTS Click Here to download. I could not find a copy of Katy's oversized shopping bag, but the other items needed for the bank were still available.
