By MaAletThis is a joint project by Rebecah and me. The idea was mine and I meshed it and tried to get the correct coding. Then Beck was so kind to test the mini trampoline in her game. She then replaced all my faulty coding and added fun and body skills to it. She worked so hard on this trampoline! This should actually be her upload; I only did the mesh and the texture, she got it to work.
Thank you so much Beck for all your help, your kindness and encouragement. Without your help I would
By RebecahThis is a clone of the money tree, which would not import into MilkShape so I was not able to use the same joints, I created my own, but they maybe way off, in their settings. The animations are the same as the money tree also.
When you purchase the stalk it does come with five corn, I would prefer to have them grow after so many watering, but I haven't had the time to change this option. I am just grateful that I finally got it to work at all. This is found under deco/plants for $10.
A basket of corn will appear which is somewhat similar to my egg gathering basket, but I did not have it add the ears of corn individually, mainly to save myself time. The corn will sell for $30 each group of 5, or you may add it to your fridge to increase your food value.
Credits to Raynuss for his great mesh, and for allowing me to use it. Echo for her coding skills...without her I would never have been able to create many of my creations.
By RebecahFebruary 21, 2011 - Updated to allow Adults to tuck in Toddlers
This works exactly like my princess 2-tile bed.
The toddler animations are not perfect but are the best I could seem to accomplish. I did raw edits to add facial expressions and toddler laugh to the child animations. The relax animations are new animations that I created.
This is found with regular beds for $50. All textures are pulled from the EA version of this bed, any recolors you may have for the EA version of the pine bed will also work for this bed.
To view the animations please see this video:
Note: the empty 3rd tile had to be left in, but may be used for other items. The only problem is it can't intersect with walls.
For more information please read my thread on the 2-tile Princess Bed by clicking here
I want to thank Nonni for testing, requesting this, and for providing the following images:
By RebecahI've had a few request for this set of bunk bed to be posted. Hope Bayler has retired and gave me permission to post her creations.
I did do a lot of work on this set, the original files had a lot of BHAVS that were never called, and other miscellaneous unnecessary items. I also made some changes to her mesh.
The top bunk is use able, but the Sims get into the top bunk to access it by way of the bottom bunk, (you do need to click the top mattress for them to use it) then they snap up to the top bunk.
I want to thank Hope for allowing me to post her creations.
The top bed and frame are $600 and the bottom mattress is $5 both are found under Beds. I set the comfort and energy to approximately 10, by way of the BCONs.
By RebecahUpdated: Added a version to give toddlers and children body skills, per request from Nonni...Thanks Nonni!
I created this quite awhile ago and have a request for a link to it from my youtube video.
By RebecahThe Owl is found with sculptures for $125.
The OMS is found under Surfaces/Misc for $0
This has options to allow you to turn on/off both the animations and the sound.
By RebecahI have converted many of the items from the TS3 Provence Set. No expansions should be required.

Dining Chair 2 - $350
Dining Table - $690
Table Sculpture - $350 found under sculptures
Sink - $355
Stove - $1000
Wall Basket - $145 wall hangings

Wash Basins - $50 found under sculptures
I have not converted the mirror, living chair, sofa nor coffee table.
By RebecahThanks to LilSister finding this set, I have repaired the issues with it and added a safety to check the Sims needs.
The original often froze up if you tried to cancel the stomping action, it no longer does this and the Wine Boxes now go into the Sims inventory instead of all over the place, like the image below.
I also redid the mesh files so that the grapes were not hanging in midair and created a new barrel mesh.
The barrel is found under Misc/Misc for $900, the Wine Boxes are placed in the Sims inventory when the Sims stomps the grapes. Sims may also take a bottle of wine from the box of wine.
Credits to Katy for the original, and to LilSister for finding this set.
GUID's are Katy's GUID's, be sure you remove any other copies you might have in your download folder.
By RebecahThis is an updated version of a table I created over 7 years ago.
It is cloned from the high chair and will satisfy the want for a high chair. Toddlers learn cooking skills while eating, they can only eat until they are full.
Toddlers will also use it autonomously, if their hunger is 90% or less.
Toddlers gain fun, hunger, and social.
I've added a small new animation for the toddler to get on the seat, it's not perfect but I felt it was better than the potty animation I used in the old version. A wall may not be placed at the back of the chair, so that the toddler may get on it.
This is all one item and fits on one tile. It's found under General/Child for 25 simoleons.
Credits to Missaldith for the toddler in the image: Baby Zoe she may be downloaded Click Here
By RebecahThese were created thanks to a request from Alet! Thanks Alet, this was a fantastic idea!
There are three different flowers and each one is found under hobbies/misc for $25.
Children may water the flowers, but only adults may pick them. The plants are based off the money tree, similar to my harvestable corn.
Sims gain fun, enthusiasm for nature and creativity skills, when picking and watering the flowers.
Water, water many and pick options for each flower:
Picking, Sims will pick one flower at a time, and place it in their basket.
When Sims finish picking each flower group they will have a basket of flowers added to their inventory.
The basket maybe either sold or used to create an arrangement in a large or small variation.
Large and Small Flower Arrangements.
Flowers are not recolorable, but the vase which was created by Alet is.
Credits to macarossi for the foxglove and lupin meshes and textures. Her flowers are found by clicking here.
Credits to Alet for the idea and for her vase which is used for all the flower arrangements.
Thanks to Alet and LilSister for testing and ideas for additions.
By RebecahBoth meshes are from TS3 and converted to work with TS2.
Animated versions of the windmills require Mansions and Gardens, as they also reduce the utility bills for Sims.
The tractor and decorative version of the windmill should not require any expansions.
Animated Windmills are found under Decorative/Miscellaneous
Small Version is priced at 1200.
Medium Version is priced at 1750.
Large version is priced at 2000.
The decorative items are found under Decorative Sculpture.
Tractor is priced at 4750.
Deco Windmill is priced at 2000.
All items are recolorable.
By RebecahAnother useful creation by Katy, that I have fixed and updated.
Stove no longer bleeds into other objects, and is placed on two tile instead of one.
I also, added a dirty state.
I did rename to files to remove all blank spaces, so please be sure to remove any items you may already have in your download folder.
Stove is found under stoves for $2000.
Credits to Katy for the original creation and to LilSister for finding this creation.
By RebecahI have created this in response to a request from Sunnyblue. Thank you for your request Sunnyblue!
The original was created by Inge Jones, a fantastic creator, who has contributed many great things to the Sims community.
The original was not pulling the bedding textures, and needed to be updated, and due to it's popularity I felt it was something worthy of the update.
Credits to Inge Jones for the coding and the original idea, and to Sunnyblue for her request.
By RebecahI have converted Marvin's Waterfall, made it smaller, added tiles to keep Sims from walking through it, added coding to allow placement on water, without having to use cheats, removed the water mesh, and I set the Sims to change into their swimwear for taking a shower, rather then their being nude outdoors . I loved Marvin's waterfall, but my Sims do not like walking on the unlevel tiles. Hopefully you will find this version easier to use.
This waterfall requires that you have Marvin's Waterfall in your download folder, as I have used the repository technique to pull her textures. Which I felt was only fair because I used her mesh, and options to create this waterfall. Plus, you might want to download her rocks for additional effects. Click Here
Any recolors you might have for Marvin's waterfall will also work for this waterfall.
When you place this the tile behind the waterfall needs to be flat, in order to use the shower or cool down option.
This is found under Plumbing/Misc for $10.
By RebecahDecember 13, 2013 Added taller pipe version. and changed the smaller pipe version to no longer have the heavy smoke effect, and added a bump file to both versions.
Thanks to Nonni for the purchase of this mesh by by kostula @turbosquid.com.
I have coded this stove to only allows Sims to cook items that may be cooked on the top of the stove, as there isn't an oven.
I have added an outside pipe and the plate around the pipe, but the majority of the mesh is Kostula's, I have also, added smoke effects.
I have also, added a warm self option, which does give the Sims some warmth, for ages child and up.
It is found under the stove category for 350 simoleons.
There is one texture recolor included, but they are really quite similar.
Credits to: Nonni, Kostula, and Sophi-David for his effect found on MTS, which gave me some ideas.
By gayarsThis is a pedicure bath chair, as requested by LilSister. Have your sim sit in the chair, then you click on them again, and they will have the option to soak, and when they do soak, their hygiene, fun and comfort rise. The sim has to be sitting in the chair before the soak option will come up when you click on them. The water is animated, and I intend to upload a second version for water that isn't animated, in case anyone that has processor/memory issues wants it but can't handle the animated water.
This is the first joint venture of Rubberman, Mission Mouse, and myself, (Gayars). We named ourselves the 3 Mousimteers :D
There are a ton of recolors, but the mesh is listed separately as a second zip file download, because of the fact I will be adding an unanimated water version later.
I wanted to add a big thank you to LilSister for testing, and also for the creators of cep and simpe as without them this wouldn't be possible.
Realized I forgot the price, and catalog sort duh. It is in Living room chairs, $611 dollars.
Just wanted to add that I cloned it from the blue suede chair, which is base game compatible, but I made it with the Ultimate Collection, so have no idea if it is actually base game compatible or not.
I added an unanimated version of the pedicure bath chair, as I promised early on. I am so sorry it took me so long! It is exactly the same, AND HAS THE SAME GUID, but the water isn't animated. I added it for those whose computers have trouble with the animation, due to it taking extra processor to handle it. You can only have one version of the chair. All recolors will work with both versions.
By RebecahUpdated February 10, 2009 - I've redone the mesh and re-coded the item to allow toddler and infants only to be on the place in menu. I've also reduce the poly count.
There has been no reported problems using this for toddlers.
This stroller was requested by blondieluvspink.
As with my other infant/toddler items it seems that there they will work sometimes for infants. They always work for toddlers. I have not found what causes these to only work occasionally for infants.
When your not able to put infants in try to re-position the item sometimes this helps.
Textures are pulled from the high chair. To recolor please recolor the maxis high chair.
By RebecahAfter creating my kitchen set I decided it was not complete without a child size table and chairs. It took some doing to get it working but I finally got it.
I wanted children to be able to have their dolls sit with them at the table like I did as a child, so I created an extra partial chair to allow this. No cheats are need to place the extra slot portion of the chair, but it is a little confusing. Please see the video to understand how it works.
For placing the slot you should place it first then place the actual chair. Go to live mode so the chair and slot move up to the table then place the doll. You may have to press the m key to move the doll to the proper slot.
If no table is used with the chair you may place the slot, chair then the doll without going to live mode.
The chair pulls textures from the EA Tea Time Chair and the table pulls textures from the Ample King table. Both base game items. I used all the table textures to create matching chair textures plus created matching colors to my kitchen set. So you have several recolor options that not only work for my set but also work for the EA Table and Chair.
This set does not require any expansions and I have tested it with base game only installed and all expansions installed.
Please watch the video to see how to place the item for use with dolls and bears.
The chairs are in with regular dining chairs and the table is under dining tables.
Hope Bayler for the retro kitchen set :Click Here
Thanks to all that have helped make this a caring and sharing community.
By RebecahI created these in response to a request from Enasha.
The steam option maybe turned off.
When on the light pulses green and the off mode the light is red.
Sims may use this to change their hair styles.
Curling iron is found under sculptures for $50, the outlet is under decorative/wall hanging for $5.
Credit to Enasha for the idea. Thank you!
By RebecahI created this per request from Celticlass in our request forum.
This is a conversion from TSM to work with TS2.
Found under sculptures for $1600.
Thanks for the request Celticlass!
By RebecahI have created 12 new meshes to go with the Driftwood Relaxation Set that I recently updated and fixed. You must have the living room chair mesh in your download folder for these items to use the textures, all recolors for the Driftwood set will work with these as they are all slaves of that chair.
I want to thank my wonderful friends Nonni and Alet for all their help and testing on this set! Thanks ladies!
The set is found here: http://www.affinitysims.com/index.php?/file/1997-driftwood-set-fixed-and-updated/

By NonniUpdate! If you downloaded these before 3:00 PM PST April 27th 2013 - there has been a change in the file. Beck has made the set usable together without cheats.
I wanted a very simple looking curtain and I asked MaAlet to make it for me and she asked why I did not do it myself? Because I had just finished with tweaking Sunni's Deco Chimney, so Alet said that I knew enough to make the curtains.
I took the Maxis' Stewart Mourning Cafe Curtains apart, moved some stuff, stretched some stuff but there were problems with the cloning in SimPE. Thanks to Rebecah for correcting these problems and also making it possible for me to recolor the curtains.
Going back to the beginning to show you why I wanted to make changes in the Maxis curtain:
Also, I wanted the options of having just a Valance or just a Curtain.
Some times I want to use them together and Beck has made that possible without the use of cheats!
I also wanted to have a double sized set:
So there are 4 parts to this set.
Here is a swatch of the recolors that I made:
I hope that you will enjoy these and join with me in thanking Alet for her encouragement, Rebecah for her patience and technical help. I am grateful to those folks who created SimPE and Milkshape, also.
We want it all to bring honor to Our Creator. Thanks be to God for all His Gracious gifts.
I feel like I need to add that I have all the TS2 EPs and SPs.
By RebecahThanks to Karen's work on Jonesi's Blankets, I found Jonesi's original blanket had some problems, and have fixed it.
I have also create a longer version and another version that is higher, plus one recolor.
Both of my new versions pull textures from Jonesi's, so my fix to her original blanket is required to be in your download folder, any and all recolors to Jonesi's original blanket will work for my new versions, as will any other items made to pull textures from Jonesi's or HL version of the blanket. You must only have one version of the Jonesi blanket in your download folder.
I did not change Jonesi's guid nor cres name, so you will need to remove her original version for mine to work, or any other fixes to the blanket. Some of the issues I found in her original, is that the move object on cheat was needed to place them, and there were numerous things within the file that were not needed.
Credits to Jonesi for her original and to Karen for sending me a copy and for her work on all the beautiful recolors, she is planning to post.
I have placed my new blankets in the bed section for $50, Jonesi's is found under deco/misc for $150.
If you downloaded prior to 4pm EST I have fixed the thumbnails, and uploaded a new version.
By RebecahThis is something I created in 2009, but had never posted it on this site, and because someone is asking for it I am posting it.
February 23, 2009 - Added Pink and Blue Recolors per request from gaiserlisa.
February 18, 2009 - Added stove for Free Time (also works with Apartment Life) to give enthusiasm for cuisine also gives some fun while cooking. The cooking action isn't long so they don't get a lot.
Note: Be sure to only install one of the stove meshes. The main file contains the non free time version, so please be sure to delete that.
I don't know if many of you remember the kitchen set from the 60's, well back then sets were made of metal and heavy cardboard to look like our parents sets. Today they are made of plastic and not as realistic.
I've had this on my list of things to do for quite sometime but hadn't figured out quite how to do it. The child animations use a stool for full size items which is very hard to get around. I've edited the EA adult animations with the animations tools wes_h created, and made 100's of manual edits for the sink animations. The animations are not perfect, especially the left arm animations. If these imperfections bother you please don't download.
All items are found under Miscellaneous/Child priced from $100 to $150.
Placement must be fridge, stove then the sink in order for them to fit nicely together.

By MaAletThis bedroom set was supposed to be ready before Christmas 2012, but real life kicked in real hard. I couldn
