New Public Shcool Icon

I've linked the Education career icon with public school. Ignore the blue bus, this mod won't turn your bus blue in the little pop up, that's from one of my creations on modthesims2, I made different colored school buses. Even though Education career track is from Seasons, Seasons is not required!
