Anyone Can Paint What They Want No Creativity needed for special painting options

With this mod, your sims with any creativity skill level points can paint custom paintings, paint portraits of other sims, or paint still life paintings. The types of paintings they paint when just plain ole practice painting will be the same for each creativity level, but now all sims can paint whatever they want!
