This is a little different lot. I made it kinda like a bird house

It is a residential 3x3 lot

it has 4 floors (to make it look more like a bird house) There is 3 bed and 3 bath throughout the first 3 floors so you can either build more rooms/play the 4th floor or remove the stairs to keep your sims on the first 3 floor
