Looks like this is my week for makeovers. I wanted a cozy little place for a couple of sim sisters to start out after college. They had to take an apartment to begin with until they had enough to buy this little home.
The original lot was the base game 2X3 Bonny Bungalow. With the upgrades in furniture and landscaping the lot is now priced at 39,271 simoleans.
