About This File

UPDATED. Please try downloading again and let me know if they work now. Thank you!

These lots have a swimmable pond but no house for those who want the pond but like to build their own houses.

There is:

Pond One costs $7,387  dimensions 2X2

Pond Two costs $12,720  dimensions 3X5

Pond Three costs $19,432 dimensions 4x4

Hope you have fun with these in your Sims 2 game.

EDIT: If you are having any problems with the stairs in these lots...I have found the stairs here. You will need to scroll down to see the stairs and the instructions for installing them.

Thanks, Sugah! It was Beck's idea. I am hoping that they will be enjoyable for players and their Sims.

If you have double deluxe it installs differently and is the possible cause of your problems.  Unfortunately I can not remember what the differences are for the double/dlx version, maybe you could get help from EA, as to what needs to be done to make things work for your settings. Unfortunately it is difficult to know what expansions these may require, I do know that Nonni has all expansion packs, so it is possible the lots do require all expansions.   Stuff packs should only be required if objects from the stuff packs are included in the lots,  (which I do not think is the case here), with the exception of Mansions & Gardens which is called a stuff pack but is an expansion.

Sims2deluxe is different that regular Sims and I'm afraid I can not remember what you have to do to get things to work with it.

I used to have DoubleDeluxe and it gave no end of trouble. Fortunately, a friend gave me the stand alone version of The Sims 2 and I like that much better.

I wish I knew how to help. :Empathy:
