I have all EP:s and most of the SP:s.

Since Photobucket, where I saved my pictures, has changed its terms, I have no pictures to display.

 

NOTE: In the download there is a file with CC needed for some of the stuff to work and not flash blue. You need to install those first and then the house.

I hope that this lot will 'fit' in my 'hood. I have some beach property but haven't felt like building there.

I live beach lots and thankfully I have the right SPs and EPs to download this one. Thank you for creating and sharing it.

I wasn't able to find the curtain valance, nor the fencing, but I have added a zip called bayberrycc which includes everything except the 2 aforementioned items.  Thank you for making us aware of the issues BBdoll.  We do test all new lots to avoid this, but there maybe some older lots that were missed.
