About This File

A nice and comfy summerhouse for your simmies. Place it anywhere, maybe preferable on the beach so your simmies can take a swim in the ocean when it's to hot to use the hot tub on the roof.

You have such a brilliantly light touch with the color schemes in this lot.

Also, your use of decor is so beautifully uncluttered but lovingly done. :blank2:

Thank you for the wonderful presentation. I love it!

Marbi, this is a fantastic beach abode.

I absolutely love it, both inside and out.

I don't play with Sims 3, but wouldn't mind a replica of this for my Sims 2 all beach 'hood (Aurora Cay).

Great job!

Im very happy that you like it and I will do a Sims2 version of it for you. I only have ingame beachlots and they are very big but I will do my best to make it look nice.

Edit: I have downloaded a smaller beachlot and will test it so see if it works. If it does I will build the house on it, instead of on an ingame lot.

Edit again: I tested the lot and it didn't work so I will build on a 3x5 ingame beachlot instead. In fact I have already started and it is so fun but decorating on the big lot will be a lot of work.

I didn't mean for you to go to so much trouble over re-creating Coconut Beach for Sims 2, Marbi.

I must say, though, that I am extremely excited that you'll be building it on a TS2 beach lot.

I currently play with NL, FT & BV on my laptop and add to that AL on my desktop.

I do not have Seasons, Pets, OFB or Uni installed!

Thank you so much in advance!!!
