Hey i was just wondering what software u need to upload this and where u can get it!

unzip it and place the file in your ../documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads folder.

You click the blue download button at the top of this page, it will open and give you two options to download. Choose the file that ends with sims2pack once you have the file on your computer, just double click on it and it will install the files into your game.
