Since Photobucket, where I saved my pictures, has changed its terms, I have no pictures to display.

 

I have all EP:s and most of the SP:s.

 

I built this community house for Nonni, for her neighbourhood Bestie Bay. It can only be placed there and you can download the neighbourhood here.

Note: There are two download files, one with meshes that needs to be installed before you install the lot.

 

This is a place for your simmies to visit on weekends to relax on the beach, take a swim in the sea and enjoy the sun. Inside the house they can make themselves something to eat, read, play chess and use the restroom. The showers are placed outdoors.

@BBdoll3 - I extended the lot from the beachpart towards the streetpart of it. You will get a very steep sloop from the street that doesn't look good but I used stone terrainpaint and tried to even it out to make it look better.
