About This File

This is a custom content free house, run through Sims 2 Clean Installer to doublecheck. It is a clean build. No one has lived in it. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 porches and a playground.

 

If there is a problem with it, such as items placed oddly please let me know so I can correct it.  I haven't uploaded a lot before, so I may have missed something. 

 

Made with Sims 2 Ultimate Collection. I used Kitchen and Bath stuff pack and Family Fun Stuff extensively, and also Glamour Life Stuff and Bon Voyage. Freetime I know makes an appearance as well, with the playground equipment, curtains, and other deco. 

 

Mansions and Gardens is needed for the ivy.

A lovely easy to play house! When I looked at the house in the game, my granddaughter said: "Oh, what a pretty home! I want it for my family!"  I just had to help her create a mom and dad and 2 kids and move them into the house. (She is 4 years old)

I am very late to this party :) but I want to say that I think this house is so nice and has that thing I like about houses, a lot of space for the simmies to move around.
