Toddler Hello Kitty Dress

I saw a dress like this today in real life while at the store today, and couldn't resist making it for my toddler girls.  I whipped out my phone and took a picture of it just so I could make it tonight.  It is categorized as every day, and uses a base game toddler mesh.
