RentedSpace also does a lot of conversions and when I saw this my brain went into overdrive. There are various patterns, argyle, Christmas and knits. The mesh is included in the downloads folder for convenience.
As with all my adult clothing recolours these have been elder enabled, meaning that they will show up in both the adult and elder categories of your game.
