The apartments are dirty and worn, but they are inhabitable. The apartments in the basement are cheap and suitable for those with less income. There are also two apartments with bedrooms on the upper floor. I hope your simmies will enjoy these apartments in downtown. Sorry that I don't have any more pictures to show.
