Modern Pizza Oven - Sims 2

Hi Rebecah,

I know we have already been in touch regarding my request to modernize your older pizza oven but I wanted to stop by to let you know just how over the moon I am that you fulfilled my request and in record time too-) I went straight into game to test it and it's still as perfect as the old one but so much better looking if you are interested I have left a post including in game pics of the oven on the following Sims forum website and added the download link so other players can find the oven and begin to enjoy using it as much as do in my game.

I use quite a lot of your content in my game and want to say thank you for all your creations over the years that have given me so much pleasure in the short 2-3 years I have actually been playing the 2 series

You are welcome and thanks for visiting the 3 forum/thread and leaving a post. I cannot see any reason why you could not have your own creator thread in the 2 forum area of the site then you could post links back to your various creations here? Just a thought. It warms my heart that we still have players/creators like you left in the community as the 10 years or so i have been frequenting that one forum a lot has changed on the boards and not all of it with regards community spirit..

I've been using this oven in my game and I absolutely love it. My Sim has a balcony just off their dining room and it's looks perfect along side her potted vegetables, herbs and plants.  I noticed that the in-game maxi stoves are missing all their pie menu options. The only option available is "make pizza."  This is not an issue with custom stoves, just maxi in-game stoves. Not really a big deal since you can still get all pie menu options to cook using the stove by clicking on the refrigerator. 

So after some additional game play and research it seems that this oven only affects the Elegant Chef Flamebay Gas Range.  I was on another lot where I didn't have the pizza oven and I was unable to place that stove (Elegant Chef Flamebay Gas Range) on the lot. I tested other maxi stoves and all of the pie menu options were present. So I'm thinking it may be a guid  issue perhaps.  I'm going to try changing the guid and see what happens.

No changing the guid didn't help  (that is if I did it correctly). I couldn't find my guid list  so I used the Hash Generator. 

Last night I had while playing I kind of thought it was the other oven, but I was so tired I said I would wait until today to test it. Thanks so much Rebecah, I am so in love with both Pizza ovens.  I know someone who has a similar oven in their home on their patio (it's wood burning) and it makes the best pizza's and flat breads.  Thank you so much.

First of all, my great thanks for the beautiful object and mod (I know. i know, it's not just you but whatever - thaks to everybody) which gave me so good&fresh ideas for OfB lots and so. I really appreciate your job and enthusiasm. A lot of your beautiful creations I use in my game.

 A few questions to clarify. How do the old and new pizza-stoves (with "old" I mean really old pizza-mod which I had in my game for years with all my appreciation ) combine to each other? Should I put off the old one to prevent not-full working? Or they can exist in game together? The same goes to Your newest mesh (updated in the end of April): does it replace something or it's a separate object, well-coexisting with the two previous ones? In simple words, how many pizza stoves can I have in game? All three? or two, or one? I've downloaded new versions and would like to know how to cooperate with all three of them. One more time, thank you

 thank you! So all three ovens I can keep in my game  - wonderful,  i love variety! And yes, from the beginning my "old" stove was your updated version of Katy's mod and object.

yes unfortunately that's the only thing we can do it use the Hash Generator, GUIDs are no longer available  which makes it very difficult to create new items for TS2.  I'll try to figure it out, but don't understand what it might be.
