I have tested this with only the base game and all EP's installed. Which means it will work with any combination of EP's installed.
I manually edited the animations to take out the squeak of sink handles turning on and off, but I am unable to edit the actions of the adult turning it on and off. I also removed the effects of the water coming out the faucet.
It's found under sinks for $550.
You can place this pretty much anywhere without having to use cheats.
