This is not 100% complete, I'm on my 3rd time through this and have the main parts working so I wanted to post it.
I do have it working with Rob's new Drum found here:Click Here
If you have other custom instruments that could be tested with this hack I'd really appreciate it.
I have fixed it so the Sims do gain Enthusiasm for Music.
