Green Tree Apartments

These are some very lovely contemporary town-house apartments. Great for newlyweds and small families. They feature 2 stories, with balconies on each unit. Kitchen is on the first floor in the front area. All units have 2 bathrooms. There are 3 units total. I'm very proud of these, I think they turned out great! Here's a helpful hint: To rent the apartments REALLY furnished, bring up the cheat 'boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true' (without quotes) and place your sim directly in front of the door, shift click and select rent furnished!
