Graphic problem

Maybe tell us more about your OS (operating system) Is it a laptop or a desk top PC? To see your computer's specs just go to control panel>system and security>system, and it will list everything about what type of computer you have, including what graphics card or chip you are using.

Have you recently installed a new graphics card? It may not be installed correctly, or perhaps the driver may need to be updated.

You can run dxdiag as well by hitting win key plus r and typing in dxdiag and it will tell you. It WILL require changing your graphics rules sgr in config. So if you wind up doing that, I would suggest you do a backup of the original first so you have something to go back to.

On this thread, they give 3 example graphicsrules.sgr to look at, to help you fix your graphics cards rules. You don't have to run graphics rules maker to do that, I did just do it manually to our Sims 3 game as well, but if you have one to look at, it is easier. I am looking for a direct tutorial for those with Sims 2 without the Ultimate Collection.
