Today I have recolours for the Country Living Set. These are not Christmas recolours as I have already uploaded those recolours.
You will need Rebecah's mesh set HERE for these recolours to show in your game.
There are 75 recolours of the curtain, chair, loveseat and sofa. I hope you will find recolours that you like.
Happy Simming Everyone!
Today I have non-Christmas recolours of the lovely Ambrosia Dining Set made by SimplanX and fixed by our talented Rebecah. You will need the fixed mesh HERE for this set to show up in your game.
I try to find a variety of colours so everyone can find one or two they like. Just use Clean Installer to delete the ones you don't want.
I hope you enjoy this dining set as much as I do.
Happy Simming Everyone.
Today I have more Christmas recolours for your decorating pleasure. This time it is the *Country Living Set*, a Sims3 to Sims2 conversion set. You will need Rebecah's fixed set HERE
30 recolors included.
Happy Simming Everyone!
I have done just a few Christmas recolours of the SimplanX set-*AmbrosiaDining*
You will need Rebecah's fixed mesh HERE
I will be uploading sometime in the near future many more recolours of this set as I particularly adore this dining set.
For now I just wanted you all to have some options for a Christmas themed dining room.
Happy Simming Everyone!
I absolutely cannot decorate a lot without the beautiful *Jonesi Bed Blanket*
Thank to our talented Rebecah, who fixed the mesh and added a longer size. The original mesh needed the "moveobects" cheat, now it doesn't. You will need Rebecah's fixed mesh HERE
As you can see more relatives showed up and helped make many recolours of this gorgeous decorative blanket.
I've put them all to work but they keep taking breaks. I caught these two, Clyde and Cliff tasting candies.
This is a large file with a little more than 100 recolours. I used a lot of eyelet fabrics as I really like the look.
All of my mice family hope you enjoy these new recolours.
Happy Simming Everyone.
Rebecah very kindly fixed another file for me. I found this set on the TS3 to TS2 conversion site that is another version of the Antique Set, she fixed for me earlier. This set had a curtain I wanted, desperately as I have an addiction to curtains.
I am posting Rebecah's file, with her permission as a separate download because I will be using this in future recolouring projects.
Thank you Rebecah for doing this for all of us.
I had a wee visitor today.... It seems my relative has come for Christmas a bit early. I put him to work and he helped me today recolour Helga's *Eric Livingroom* and a set of Antique Curtains from *SimPlanX*
Both sites have long since gone the way of many of our beloved creators, and vanished.
I have included the meshes for both, BUT if you already have Helga's Eric Livingroom, you need to replace the original meshes with these new ones. The original set chair and sofa were not repositoried and Rubberman very kindly did that for me. Everything else is Helga's original meshes.
There are 25 recolours in this set, one for every day leading up to Christmas.
Just in case your Sims decide they want to change things up for the holiday.
Hope you enjoy this new set. Happy Simming!
Today I have 25 more quilts with matching drapes. Now that winter has fully settled in our Simmies need to keep warm. What better way than sleeping as snug as a bug under a rug? Well in this case-hand made quilts.
There are a few Christmas themed quilts in this collection. And to make decorating easier the quilts have matching drapes.
Now if I could just get these cousins of mine to stop playing and get back to work, we'll have more quilts.
In addition to making lists for me, my cousin Clem also decided that it would be a good idea to tidy up my little studio workshop. Good thing because he lifted up a pile of fabric swatches and we found
Good thing he did that. I'd wondered what had happened to her. She'd been helping me pick out Christmas fabrics and then disappeared.
Today we have recolours of a Sofa Set by MummySim and recolours of HA's-Advent Drape.
Rebecah very kindly fixed the curtains and I have included the mesh files. If you already have these curtains you don't need to download the mesh file.
MummySim used to have her own site, *SimsDivine* but occasionaly uploaded at MTS2. I have included her mesh file, but not her recolours. I have provided the link for her mesh file with her recolours.
Our beloved Nonni wanted some Christmas themed things to decorate her lots with in anticipation of Christmas, so all of my mouse cousins and I got busy and searched high and low for pretty fabrics. We hope you like what we came up with.
Today my other cousin Clem showed up I thought he was making that *naughty or nice* list. Nope, he's working on my to-do list. If it gets any longer I may have to hire some of my family to help. Good thing mice families are large!
Here are some recolours of Holy Simoly's *BetteSofa*. You will need Rebecah's fixed mesh HERE and her Jia Curtain fixed mesh HERE and her HL-PinchedDrapes fixed mesh HERE
I actually forgot I had done these, so Clem showing up and helping me, was a nice surprise.
These are not Christmas themed, but I hope your Simmies will enjoy them.
Happy Simming everyone.
Winter has arrived and our Sims may need some warm quilts to ward off the chill that seems to accompany this season. On those long cold nights they can cuddle under the warmth of these hand-made quilts and be quite toasty.
This is the first half of my quilt set with matching drapes from the Antique Set by SimplanX. The mesh for those curtains is included as a separate rar for those who already have them in their game.
Keep your Simmies nice and toasty this winter.
Happy Simming everyone.
I am recruiting some of Santa's elves to help me as I am so busy in my little studio these days getting ready for the Christmas season.
She's a bit tiny, but is helpful.
Today I have finally completed my set of blue recolours for the Antique Sofa Set that was converted from TS3 to TS2 and then fixed by our talented Rebecah.
You will need her mesh file, HERE
I have a particular fondness for the colour blue as you can tell.
I love this Sofa Set and am more than willing to do any requests for more recolours. If anyone has a particular pattern or patterns they have and want them done, just PM me and I will be very happy to make it.
I hope your Sims enjoy these new colours. Happy Simming eveybody.
I've been hard at work in my studio and today I present my recolours of Beck's fix of HA's-AntiqueCurtain. The mesh you will need for the curtain is HERE
I have included Grapholina's Cedona Living Room file for convenience.
I only recoloured the seating files, I don't have enough practice with wood textures as of yet. I love this new curtain, it might even be my new favourite one.
Grapholina created a beautiful living room set, that was a pleasure to recolour.
I hope your Simmies enjoy these recolours as much as I enjoyed making them.
I tend to do a lot of recolours to try and give everyone choices that they will like.
I've been busy in my newly constructed studio mixing and matching and testing out new recolours of things I love. Not everything passes the MM test, but I do like this set of mixed recolours. You will need Rebecah's fixed mesh HERE
I am still working on a blue set, but keep finding new blue patterns and adding them.
In the meantime I do hope your Simmies enjoy these recolours.
This is such a pretty sofa set but I found I preferred it in solid colours to show the detail the way I liked it to be.
You will need Rebecah's fixed mesh found HERE for my recolours to show.
This is a HIGH poly set so it may not be suitable for older computers.
Quite a while back when I was first learning how to recolour Marbi requested recolours of this curtain. You will need Rebecah's fix to have them, but Rebecah did so much more than just a fix, She added sizes, open and closed versions, and made them pick up bedding. Rebecah's fixed version is HERE or click the link to download the required mesh files, which is included when you click the download button.
I did 106 recolours of this curtain as well and I know I will eventually do more.
My weakness for curtains continues.....
I hope you enjoy them and have lots of fun redecorating for you Simmies.
First, you will need Rebecah's fixed mesh for these curtain recolors. It can be found HERE and a link to the mesh file is included in the download.
I did 109 recolours of this curtain, and did not take shots of them all. I think it accents any room beautifully and goes with pretty much any style of furniture. I have a particular weakness for curtains and I love these. I do hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
Thank you Rebecah for fixing these, I am sure I am not done with recolouring them.
Rebecah posted HERE her fixed version of a lovely Antique Sofa Set that was converted from Sims3 to Sims2. You will need her meshes to have this set show in your game. I found this set and instantly wanted it for my game, I wish I could also have it in my house. I prefer to have matching sets and this one has everything, including a matching love seat created by our talented Rebecah.
If you have the original mesh, you will need to replace the sofa, lounger, curtains, and chair with Rebecah's fixed meshes.
After a long day at work, your Simmies can come home and relax in this wonderfully comfortable Sofa Set. I just wish I could too.
I have more recolours coming soon.
I hope you enjoy this set as much as I enjoyed recolouring it. Have fun!
These are the rest of my bedding recolours. There is a separate rar for the Curtains from XMSims, Bedroom4. If you have my other recolours, you will not need the meshes as I included them in my previous recolours. If not, you will need Becks fixed mesh for the JonesiBedBlanket, HERE. The remaining recolours are grouped according to their colour, Yellow, Green, Grey, Pink, Purple, Red. Teal, and a special one from my sweet, but mischievous puppy, Jake.
Enjoy and have fun redecorating your Simmies bedrooms.
I found a sofa set that I just fell in love with and it just happened to be one that had to be recoloured in 2 parts. This one was so much fun as I mixed and matched patterns that I have. It's a sofa set from MTS, by Grapholina, but the site is down right now for maintenance so I am unable to provide a link at this time.
Since I am fussy and want stuff that matches, I also did some curtains to match the sofa, using the fixed version Rebecah did of HL's Pinched Drapes.
May your Simmies enjoy these sets, as much as I enjoyed recolouring them!
Continuing on with my bedding recolours, I have a second set of blue beddings.
As with my previous sets, I also made matching TieBackCurtains, and recolours of XMSims Bedroom4 curtain. I also made a recolour of the Jonesi Bed Blanket in case you want to add more decorating pizazz to your Sims bedrooms.
All necessary meshes are included and the files have been compressed.
Here are the recolours I did for beddings in black and white. I also made matching curtains, both the TieBackCurtain (which is a Maxis recolour) and the XMSims Bedroom4 curtain. I also made a Jonesi Bed Blanket for this set, in case you want to decorate your Sims bedroom even more.
All necessary meshes are included and the files have been compressed as well.
I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed making them.
Today I have a new set. It is a recolour of HolySimoly's "Bette Sofa", HugeLunatic's @Sims2Artists "Pinched Drapes", om @Avalon, "Jia Curtain" and Echo's 3x4 floor rug.
All the necessary meshes are included. Many thanks to Rebecah, who fixed the meshes, making it possible for me to recolour my favourite things.
Thank you to everyone at Affinity who has helped and encouraged me as I continue to learn how to recolour my favourite things.
Here is my second recolour of Holy Simoly's "BetteSofa", HugeLunatic's @Sims2Srtists, "Pinched Drapes", om's @Avalon, "JiaCurtain" and Echo's 3x4 floor rug.
Many thanks to Rebecah who fixed the meshes, making it possible for me to recolour my favourite things.
All the necessary meshes are included.
Thank you to everyone here at Affinity who has helped me as I recoloured these items. Your advice, suggestions and critique helped me to make a set which I am very proud of.
My very first collection of Beddings, Draperies and Jonesi Bed Blanket recolours.
My favourite colour is blue, so my first collection is blue.
The necessary meshes are included, Jonesi, from Black Pearl Sims, the beautiful Bed Blanket, our own Rebecah fixed a small glitch and added a new length, and HL at Sims2Artists added a single bed conversion. I am partial to the curtains from XMSims2, bedroom 4 and the beddings have those curtains as well as the base game TieBack Curtains. There are 15 patterns to chose from, just use Clean Installer to delete any you do not want.
A HUGE "Thank You" to my wonderfully kind and patient teacher, Rebecah, without whom none of this would be possible.
